The features this app offers is really of great value but there're a few points need to be highlighted: 1. it would have been better if this app would be more light weight with better understandable smooth UI. 2. They charge for virtual and physical debit card separately & is on higher side. It should be less and should be a single amount for both physical and virtual cards. 3. There should be an option to change the default UPI ID. 4. Pushes frequent useless notifications.

Hi Dev, we understand your concerns and have thoroughly discussed them via call and email. Regrettably, we cannot reverse the AMC for this financial year as the waiver conditions weren't met. Please adhere to the waiver conditions to avoid these charges in the upcoming FY.

Extremely disappointed. They will run ads everywhere to download the app and apply for credit card. I downloaded the app and tried to apply for credit card, it is showing as "Not eligible" when I clicked on that it shows"application could not be completed because we couldn't fetch the location". Not eligible because they could not fetch the location. Credit card request is based on cibil score & income but since they were not able to fetch the location they could not process it.

Way too slow on mid range phones and way too complicated User Interface. You need a flagship phone and a lot of patience to use the app. Bloated with tons and tons of features and options. A jack of all trades and master of none. The only good thing is the Pots feature. Can't really say the overall experience is comparatively better for features like UPI, Credit card management etc. So much of unnecessary complexity. Keep it simple, minimal and clean guys...
